Daily Exercise

my daily excersize:

jazzercise 9 30am (1 hour)
11 30 am gym cardio time (1 hour)

6 00 weight training (1 hour)
7 00 treadmill walking (1 hour)

400 crunches+
50 squats

yeah i know i'm kicking ***.
 
yikes! all u guys are so dedicated it puts me to shame! :blush:
but i did manage to walk 3 *** today :clap:
 
This morning,
45 minutes of light jogging for 1 min, running harder for 2 and so on
Whew.
 
Ugh, I just haven't felt like working out lately. Thank goodness I ride my bike to/from work, but I haven't even felt like doing that. :(

Prep, I'm curious to see your work out for the day. You put all of us to shame, my dear. :)

I did one crunch today while rising from bed :D Now everyone should feel better :heart:
 
Yesterday was the workout of all workouts...
Cross country, warmup + HARD speedwork... about 3 miles total?
5 Mile Run
Lifted Chest/Bis
Abs
1 hr 15 min yoga class
I didn't get home till 8:30 pm...

TODAY..
Cross country practice.. ran the roads... beats me how much we ran... about an hour..
Lifted (Legs)
Walked
Stretch/Abs

All I did was run on my readmill for 20 minutes :lol:
 
Prep, I need to ask you. How much food do you consume per day? How can you have the energy to do so much exercise? You must be eating loads.
 
Well today... I ate:

BREAKFAST: 2 pieces whole wheat bread, corn flakes with soy milk, 2 peaches
LUNCH: natural pb sandwich on 2 piece whole wheat bread, lots of raw veggies
AFTER CC: huge protein bar, veggies, two tiny bananas
AFTER HOMEWORK: some rye bread, veggies
AFTER RUNNING/YOGA: natural pb, whole wheat bread, a banana, a tiny apple, two slices of cheese

And i probably missed a couple things... i eat so much, it's hard to sit and remember... I don't drink anything but water throughout the day...


And today I did:
8 x 400m on the track... I owned the entire CC team :D
Abs... 10 min?
4 miles treadmill + cooldown
1 hr 20 min power yoga class

Yay!

That's not a lot. And you amazingly have the energy to go through each day's workout. Wow!
 
I guess not.. I just read it over and thought about it... I probably never ingest over 2500 calories ever...

It just seems like I eat nonstop... because, well, I do... it takes alot of fruit and grains to make up for hamburgers...
 
TheSoCalledPrep - do you not eat dinner/ an evening meal? Is this on purpose to keep energy/ metabolism up or do you not feel hungry after all your exercise?

Allegedly exercise suppresses appetite - never happened to me :doh:

i think you eat the perfect amount for your level of activity, and all really nutritious food are you veg?

today i did an hour of cardio, and full body weight routine.

No, I really don't eat a "dinner"... just two or three snacks at night, because I hate being full at night. During the summer, I eat less in the mornings and alot at lunch and less at night... because I run in the morning...

Yes, I am a veggie... :)

Resenence, I would recommend Brian Kest's yoga tapes. Iron Yoga is good too, but it requires dumbells (I'd go with 5 lb). Also try Rodney Yee's tapes, he's supossedly very good from what I've heard.

YESTERDAY:
CC invitational.... 3.2 miles/33 min (Bleck, should have been faster but that course was just killing me)
50 min - Ran 6 miles
45 min - Lifted Chest/Bis
20 min - Abs
20 min - Ran 2 more miles
45 min - Walked
Stretched

TODAY:
Ran for 1 hr 40 min... I went out on the bike trail, thinking I was running 8 miles, somehow lost count or something.... I don't even know HOW it happened but I started at 10:15, and when I got back to my car it was 11:54... :shock: I can't believe I didn't go heeby jeeby running that long.

later I'm going to do some aerobics tape or something and some abs...
