... 3 times 50(each arm) weight lifts...+ 50(for each shoulder)...5kg weights(low weights and more repetition is prefered so your not bulging up..)
... 600 sit-ups(straight up, cross and on the side)...
... Pilates exercises fro legs, back and derriere...
... stretching exercises for every muscle group involved to elongate, lengthening and make them flexible...

Today
-ran/walked around the block- 1.25 miles
-15 minutes on rowing machine, burned 110 calories, rowed about 2 meters
I'm going to try and run the whole 1.25 miles tomorrow...I have to build up my stamina
