Daily Exercise

Today...

Rowed 2 miles in twenty minutes, burnt 150 cal.
Some yoga, worked on defining my arms...

...tomorrow I plan to row 3 miles...Today I was wimpy...
 
tonight 6 miles, sprinting intervals, its fun to actually wake yourself up when your in the zone and actually try!
 
5 hours of tennis a week is my standard routine.....keeps me in shape, keeps the blood moving and most importantly.....keeps me tan :D
 
... Today I did...

... 2 hours Yoga class...
... and my daily routine with pilates exercises this time....

FIRST TIME EVER, I FINALLY worked out in the morning before i go to school, i actually woke up at 6am, did 45 min on the elliptical!!! i hope this is a good begining! :)

I went to an hour cycle class last night..felt sooo good!
 
I've been running twice a week for the last couple of months...three km each time ^_^

Ok you guys what is the best cardio exercise to tone your legs...I am a walker...I walk everywhere but my legs are so muscular and I don't like them...what can I do to make them more streamlined?

x-trainer & rowing machine & treadmill . .
hate it. much prefer my yoga & pilates!

Haven't done much lately, but today I actually exercised! So proud of myself, lol.

I "walked briskly" and then jogged for awhile, followed by abs exercises. Hopefully I can get back in shape soon... summer causes me to live unheathily and become a mini-couch-potato.

JATE -- I thought walking did help streamline legs. Maybe also stretch more? I've heard that can help...

I did my normal weight routine today, but added a bit more to it.

I also went back to doing plies with weights, which is better than squats and lunges. Great for toning the legs, butt etc.
 
I finally got around to jogging.. I can't do it very long, only about 1.5 km at a time. And even then I have to stop once or twice. I'm such a wuss.
 
i runned for about 20 min.. IN THE SUN!!! so that was twice as exhausting...(sp?)... i also did some leg and butt exercises!!! :p
 
Back day for me at the gym today...

Wide grip pulldowns 3x8
T-Bar rowing 3x8
Horizontal cable row 3x8
Wide grip pullups 3x8
1 arm dumbell rows 2x8

I really need to put more effort into stretching :lol:
