Daily Exercise

Great work everyone!

Today: 35min powerwalk + 200 crunches + 40 of the bicycle (for abs) + 10 of the superwoman (tones your whole body).
 
just came back from my 3,5 km jog :heart: in the evening i'm heading to the gym for spinning lesson and elliptical for 30 min

toby maybe you could try run 20 min in the morning and then another 20 min in the evening :flower: at least for me it works, i do my about 30 min run in the morning and then in the evening i go to the gym or then to do another run.
 
I think Im going to purchase a bike, and get back into biking outside as opposed to the stationary one inside. We have great quiet, empty roads and trails around here too.

As far as weights, Im going to have make due with what I got right now.

My house starts construction soon (fall sometime) and wont be ready to spring next year. The community has a gym,pool, tennis courts etc. So hopefully it will be a better gym than this apartment community. So Im going to hold off on getting a membership anywhere. Just in case.
 
I was playing with that Nautilus dealie my new complex has and actually, it does everything the other machines did but in one...I like it way more...
 
urm.. i exercise at least 3 times a week..i make sure of that...thats my lazier week..i do work..so its kinda hard to work out everyday... ma gym at the community centre sux too... their hours r horrible...weekends they close so early... 4pm. weeknights... 10;30..but fridays 9. neways..yea i usually exercise for about 5 days a week....depending on my work schedule
 
yesterday evening: 35 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes fast uphill walking, 20 minutes running.
today is my day off, will take an extended walk at the zoo! ;)
 
Yesterday's:

At 10 AM I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 6 MPH just to wake me up

Then at like 6PM I did another 30 minutes on the treadmill at 6 MPH plus weights and stuff, I dont know the names of the moves, but my arms and chest and stuff...

Ever since I started to exercise more I like it more, I find it to be very relaxing and soothing...

Today I did 200 crunches, 40 of the bicycle (for abs) + 45mins of key yoga (which really killed me because it's such an active form of yoga)
 
Thats a lot.

I didnt exercise today, wayy to tired...Im in MD now and my parents only have an elliptical in thier house...Im so over that elliptical...
 
k... yesterday i didn't do nething!!... plus..i added philly steak sandwich, caesar salad, diary queen and medium popcorn ...w/ loads of butter to ma diet :S... i can't afford to lose another day of exercise...i'm goin for an hr n half of cardio
 
The more I workout the more I WANT to workout. It's totally addictive, at least for me. I went to the gym for the last 3 days and know this should be my off day but I'll feel guilty if I don't go!!!
 
well i had two days of free off.. have to go to the gym

so today:
-60 min bodyjam (dance lesson)
-60 min bodystep
-30 min elliptical (maybe, depends how tired i am)
