I was just wondering, what type of exercise should a unloved tummy revieve to become more like this...



for 2007? Or website links if possible !
 
whoa that dancers workout totally kicked my butt. I'm thinking about going back for another class tonight. What do you gals think? I'm addicted to classes now. Its a better way to get in a workout.

For me to ever acheive cut abs I think I would have to cut out a lot of sugar in addition to all of the ab work.

I agree that classes are way better. I feel forced to keep going and not give up because there are other people in the room. I find myself thinking, "If SHE can do, I can do it!" Nothing wrong with a little healthy competition! :lol:

Hi Tracy - just a quick question about pilates: have you also done yoga and would you say that pilates is more effective at toning? I want to try it but it would mean starting from scratch and letting my yoga practice slide for a while. I'm so curious though! Thanks in advance! :flower:
 
An hour of chachacha dancing at school :lol: I'll go swim for an hour now, might go for a walk with my mum later :)
 
its hard for me to get daily excersize because I'm so outta shape. I like to strech in the morning now because it makes me feel better generally throughout the day. I try and get excersize in at least 3 times a week. I'm really excited because I'm going to attend an "Athletic Training" session this saturday at 10am. Wish me luck!

My feet hurt from walking now because I wore the wrong shoes...:doh:
 
Running after/lifting kids was my workout today. :lol: I worked at a pre-school for 7 hours.
 
Haha, everyday I'm basically running to the bus stop... jumping around everywhere else...& I play ping pong for like 30 minutes everyday. I actually get more exercise then it sounds, haha.
 
new position at work today required me to run back and forth throught the building! it was crazy lol ..so that was definetly great excercise
plus my pilates dvd and I just got back from a 30 minute speed walk
