Monday - Friday
30 min elliptical
weight/resistance training
ab work

Saturday
Pilates personal training - cadillac, reformer, mat, and chair work
 
friday : 1h10 min running
saturday : 1h pilates
and squats while watching ugly betty :-)
 
This morning my leg was really sore from the walk yesterday, so did my whole swimming session as simply 6x 500m pull sets, so a cruisey 3km all up.
 
just have a question, what is the best exercise to lose the butt and thighs?
 
15 minutes run as warm ups on treadmill
60 press ups
60 squats
100 situps
45 minutes of dumbell
 
30 minutes on the treadmill (alternated between 3.3 speed with no incline & 3.5 speed with no incline)
30 minutes on the elliptical
stretching

& I walked home from the gym (it took about 40-50 minutes but I did make a couple of stops on the way home)
 
Swimming this morning:

Despite being such a junkfood pig yesterday I felt surprisingly good, so went through the pyramid set I did the other day, then did some easy/hard, hard/easy 50's before some quick 25's fly. My leg is feeling a lot better today, and I was able to kick quite well on the sprint efforts.

2x 100m, swim, pull
2x 200m, swim, pull
2x 300m, swim, pull
2x 400m, swim, pull
2x 300m, swim, pull
2x 200m, swim, pull
2x 100m, swim, pull
10x 50m, easy/hard, hard/easy
8x 25m, fly down, easy free back
100m warm down

Gym this afternoon:

Walked there, 1km, 20mins with walking stick.

Elliptical trainer:
60mins = 666 Calories
Avg strides/min = 146.9
Avg speed = 11.73
Distance = 11.75kms

Bike:
30mins = 182 Calories
Kept my rpm around the 100 mark, just spinning on level one. 10.63kms.

Total = 848 Cals.
 
I went to an hour of yoga class last night. I think I finally figured out 'Bird of Paradise" pose!
 
Yesterday:
30 min elliptical
stretching
(tired and lazy)

Today:
60 min Pilates mat class
 
Last night before bed

20 minutes run on treadmill uphill
100 situps
60 push ups
50 squats
20 minutes of dumbell
 
20mins yoga when I got up
1 hour ashtanga class in the evening

I've been really bad exercise-wise lately....time to get back on the wagon :doh:

I had a day off yesterday, skipped swimming this morning, *lazy*, and at the last minute hopped off down to the gym this evening. Am glad I did, I had a fantastic workout.. 60mins on the elliptical, 636 Cals. Found that only though I've used the elliptical 2 weeks (the first time I only made 10mins), it's increased my fitness amazingly despite already being bloody fit! My new best friend, lol. :woot:

I've started to slack on going to the gym so I'm really going to try to go at least 5 times a week. :D
