Daily Exercise

I was feeling lazy earlier but I made myself go today... I'm glad that I did! :D :

15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with no incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
30 minutes on the elliptical
30 minutes on the bike (11.63 miles

1hr power walk (last night)
today i need to do yoga....hopefully i'll squeeze it in before dinner
 
Tues - 2 mile run, 1 hour ashtanga class
Wed - 1 hour pilates class
Thurs - 2.6 mile run
 
yesterday - 10km walk
today - 20min pilates in the morning and now i'm planning to do something.. but i'm a lazy fat :ermm:
 
30 mins walking in the morning

1 hour stationary bike
Pilates mattwork at home

& I walked home from the gym, but I ran a quick errand on the way
 
2.5 mile jog this morning, which was terrible. Went way too fast for the first half and was completely wrecked...had to walk about four times on the way back :(
 
2 hours of tree planting
1.5 hours of bike riding (12K)
1.5 hours of grocery shopping lifting weights
6.5K run outdoors

totally exhausted

today - 1 hour ashtanga class. Hot, sweaty, tough, intense, and AWESOME :muscles:
 
:muscles: Today, 20 minutes of free weights, not enough laptime in the pool, and a nice, long stretch.
 
I've been a combination of busy and lazy since the last time I went to the gym (last Saturday), but I went today :D :

15 minutes on the elliptical
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
