Daily Exercise

20 min on treadmill
40 min yoga is basically what i do every other day, sometimes ill add in lunges
 
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& a lot of walking
 
Today was my "break day," though I did walk quite a bit while shopping. :innocent:

I plan on going on another six mile walk tomorrow, however!
 
35 minutes of running on the bike.
Later I will do 30 minutes of pilates.

You all must be so toned and muscly with all that excercise!
 
I went on a four mile walk today instead of six. I was planning on walking the whole way, but at 10am the sun was already too much for my skin. :doh:

20min on stepper(I haven't been on it for 20mins for sooo long! :woot: )
10min on treadmill
120 crunches
stretching
 
30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.70 miles

I did SO much walking today i cant beleive it!
and i trained with my trainer this morning for an hour. :flower:
 
today...45 min walk.....and Denise Austen's Abs and Waistline/Body Challenge workout(probably like 25 min). Her pilates DVD's are great even though she's a bit sadistic.

I powerwalked on the treadmill at 4.7 speed and incline of 2 for 45 minutes. I also stretched.
 
I didn't do anything except walk a great deal in stores. :doh: I need to get back on track.
 
I walked 4-5 miles on the local trail and was later stung by a bee. :ermm:

:oYou poor thing! :(

Today I did:

- 200 crunches
- 20 minutes of pilates for legs & butt :blush:
- 15 minutes of changing between running & powerwalking
- 15 minutes of weights & strength for arms
