Daily Exercise

Walked/ran 6 miles on a trail today. I did the same yesterday and plan to continue doing so everyday this summer.

Thismorning: 30 Min Cardio (Ran 2 Miles, Biked 5)

Thisafternoon: 1 Hour HipHop Class

a walk to the mall and back

I plan on doing some pilates though

15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.5 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& I walked home from the gym

I don't want to go on a walk today, but I'm pushing myself to.

I went on a six mile walk along with plenty of walking while shopping.
