Daily Exercise

Yesterday:

a lot of walking

Today:

15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the elliptical
30 minutes on the bike (9 miles)
stretching
& some walking

I went to yoga tonight and feel like all of my hardwork came undone when i got home and ate three oreos and some ben and jerry's :( I am my own worst enemy.

I went on a mile walk this morning...that's nothing though. It's much too hot here in the desert.
 
^ Walking in the heat is no fun. :( I went for a six mile walk this morning and it was already too much sun for my skin.

I took a lengthy stroll around the Alderwood Mall today, "lengthy" being nearly two hours.

this thread makes me feel guilty

my WEEKLY exercise
twice bicep and tricep
sqat once in 2 weeks
abs thrice a week
