I wanna train on my crosstrainer but im siiick so i cant :(:( and I wanna take another walk but.. I have noone to go with today, which sucks.

come to sweden and walk with me! lol

I'll probably end up doing 20 or 30 minutes on the elliptical. I envy those who make it to an hour, you must burn so many calories!

I haven't posted here in quite a while but I've been keeping up my routine. I unfortunately haven't gone to the gym as much as I used to (5 times a week) and I usually go 2-3 times a week since the last time I posted. I think it's better than nothing though!

I want to get back in my old routine and I've been doing a great job so far.

This is what I've been doing:

15-30 minutes on the elliptical
15-30 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.4 speed with 3.0 incline and 3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15-30 minutes on the bike (6-10 miles :buzz: )
stretching

Yesterday:

15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
5 minutes on the bike (3 miles)
stretching
walking

Today:

1 hour Basic Yoga class (This is my first Yoga class and I really enjoyed it! I felt like I had no idea what I was doing though! )

I wanted to make up for only working out for 35 minutes yesterday so I did:

15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
10 minutes on the bike (5 miles)
stretching
walking home from the gym

Today: I ran 3 miles on the treadmill non-stop!

My legs are going to be so curvy sexy soon! :brows:

one hour strength training
walking to and from the gym (around 30 min each way)

45 min on the elliptical... and walking outside (to and from the gym, etc)

Leg day for me....
Legs are so worn out , its kinda hard to walk up stairs after...:D
Bought a kickin squat machine a while back. I hate to use gyms, too many negative vibes. Always get people wanting to chat, right in the middle of set........i mean...do i look that sociable:huh:
I do 5/6 days a week, an hour or so each time, pyramid sets, and have followed this pretty much for approx 20 years, with very few breaks. Defiantly a source, would never give it up.

For the past I've been doing nearly everyday 30' of stretching and ballet exercises, then 1h or 2h in the step machine and lots of walking.
Tomorrow I'm coming back to my old routine. :p

I went shopping.. :P
I've been a lazy bum the last few days. I need to get back to the gym ASAP, my thighs dont like the pigging out/being a slob.

played badminton in 2 hours, lots of speed exercises were included.
and about 10 miles of biking

did an hour of strength training (full body)... tommorow i'm going to see an orthopedic surgeon to get my knee checked out..been having problems with it since falling down outside last spring.. hopefully once this gets addressed i can do more of a variety of exercise (i used to like to go to all kinds of fun classes at the gym but have been more limited since then)
