Daily Exercise

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - walking around, shopping and carrying my luggage back home. :innocent:
 
1/2 hour on the treadmill
20 minutes on upright bike machine
weights and sit ups
:)
+ like 45 minutes of walking to and from places!

I am also going to start going to a bi-weekly aquafit class, yay!
 
I woke up earlier that I would on the weekend, but went for a run - about 2.2 miles. It kicked my @ss though - a bit cold outside, and I haven't run at all this year, so it took slightly longer. Hope to get back to the routine of running every other day.
 
pilates for abs - 10min
walking - 40min (actually it's the same distance, to college and back, but now I walk faster or who knows! -_-)
1h football lesson
 
15 minutes of free weights
3 miles (angry day helped the miles go by quickly...)

I want to do leg excericise that will make my legs look skinnier specifically my inner thighs and the back of my knees.

Currently im doing biking motions while lying on my back and its working! I did 1000 cycles in one day and my thighs didnt touch anymore.
 
30 mins of "butts & guts" class, or as I like to call it, Bums & Tums. :p
15 mins of walking
 
2.2 miles running on level ground. Legs still burning from yesterday...
 
I forgot to write that yesterday I ran a mile and did a 1-hour PIYO class (pilates and yoga). :)
