Daily Exercise

ran 2.2 miles this morning...was bad this evening for dinner - but it's the weekend :)
 
7 miles, 1500 calories on an eliptical at the highest resistance. I'm going to do this every day until there's nothing left of me. :woot:

Tuesday...40min steps / 40min walk
Wednesday..2h walk / 40min steps
Thursday..45min steps / 1h walk

20min ballet routine
500 cycling motions (that was really hard -_-)

it is freezing outside today! 1.5 miles (couldn't get warm enough to run longer). 30 minutes of free weights.
 
- 45 mins of Muscle Blast class (targets all muscle groups)
- an hour of Yoga
 
yesterday: 20 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 10 minutes various weight machines, 1 hour yoga class, 40 mins walking
today: only walking to and from school (but lots of brain exercise via studying, haha)
 
wow you guys are all workout-holics! LOL

it's my first time posting in this thread so hopefully i'll post more often ;)

it's -15C out today but i still managed to walk to the yoga studio for a 90 minute hot yoga class! my legs and fingers were burning from the cold *_*
 
1 hour of pilates
2 hours of badminton
1 hour of racketball
half an hour of power sport
 
^i'd collapse after all of that :) anyway, besides my run this morning i ran after work (only stress relief I've got) - 2 miles along a public lake i just discovered.
 
7 hour shift at work (yes that counts :D )
30 minutes in gym doing a bit of cardio and weights
1hr pilates class
 
emailme: are you doing your 1000 bike cycles on your back by counting each time one lef circles or when they both do.?
I havn't been here in a while! I just completed 15 mins elliptical
 
oh when i do both so its really 500 pairs.

im changing it to just doing it for 15 minutes.

i do leg stretches on my back where i lift one leg to a 90 degree angle and to intensify it change my feet position from tip toe to just plain flat so it pulls the muscles more. im convincing myself itll make my legs longer and distribute fat more evenly therefore giving it better shape.:)

Im so dillusional.:D

I'm addicted to walking. I walk almost daily for about 2-3 miles with great results.

1-hour Muscle Blast class (targets all muscle groups, especially your core)
jogging for 10 mins
 
it's raining...ran for about half an hour, felt slightly miserable, had to come back in. free weights for half an hour.
 
Elliptical 30 minutes
Bike 10 minutes
Strength training with weights 20 minutes
