Daily Exercise

Monday - only 15 mins on the elliptical (it was way to hot in the gym), minimal sit-ups and streching
yesterday - nada. I had two exams and the last one ended at 9.
today - 50 mins elliptical, weights, lateral pull down, sit-ups, lots of streching
 
ChoP GiRL, I hope you feel better!

Yesterday:
60 minute jog, 5 miles
Stretching

Today:
1 hour of fast walking uphill
30 minutes cycling
30 minutes stair master
Weight lifting and abdominal work

I want to work off all my winter hibernation padding!
 
I haven't exercised in awhile to be honest. I think its the winter blahs. But with spring around the corner I'm starting to feel the urge again to go out for a run.

1h steps
25 min bike

WEDNESDAY:
30min stretching
1h aerobics lesson
1h steps lesson (soooooo hard)

1h15 walk

Stretch , warm up.
Twelve sets of squats.
Eight sets of leg extensions.
Dumbbell Oblique Side Bends, eight sets.

:cry: unfortunately i'm still sick and on antibiotics right now...so i'll not be able to work out until the middle of next week at this point...but i also didn't want to lurk and not see how everyone is doing...so on that front:

for everyone who is ill and not able to workout right now - feel better soon :flower: i know i'm trying.

seeing the support our posters give to each other is inspiring - it's not what your workout is, or how often you may do it - it's the fact that you are implementing it into your day, and working towards a goal (sounds like some of us are in preparation stage still, though :innocent:) keep at it!

2 hour walk today

and an advise for you all: take a day or two off once in a while, rest days are huge part of a healthy exercise program! Do not overtrain yourself!
 
20 min powerwalking
before walkin around the town for about hour with very heavy books>< [lol]

stretching and excercises for my leggs and back
and also,some other things [dunno how to name it ^^;;;]
 
I keep trying to maintain a good daily exercise regime and then I just eat junk food after working out, it cancels the other out and oi, it makes me feel so silly. -_-
 
30min jog/run...worked the speed up from 7.5 to 9.5 and then slowly back down..
i know this is really silly but i cant figure out if the treadmills at my gym are clocking miles or ***....we use the metric system, so you'd think it would be *** but i'm not sure....i had a look at the distance today and i think i finished somewhere around 4.45....that's after 30mins...is that likely to be *** or miles.? :ninja:
