hmm...i ran forward 3 miles today. perhaps i'll run 1 mile backwards tomorrow...

hahahaha backward walking sounds silly but i did try it today a home...it was fun :D:D

one thing about creepy guyes. i never ever make eye contact with anyone when i am walking late night at streets. because once i was just watching around there was guy standig next to me ( i did not even notice he came next to me), pretty gressive looking and said i was watching him with ´´the loook´´ i said no. but he kept following me...thankgod the bus came!!!!!
seriously disgusting.

yesterday:
biking 10km (5km to work, 5km to home)
jogging for 1hour.
walk with friend with few fast sprints for 30min.
at home i did 200 abs/back.

this was sooooo fun day, sun was shining and it was just brilliant weather!

10km biking
very very musch walking at work...

i have been doing so much outside activitys few days... there is spring now and summer comin so that is what makes it :)

i really had to drag myself down to the gym tonight...no energy....:doh:

Its such a Catch 22....you need energy to work out, but working out helps give you energy. I have felt very tired and sluggish all week! Wednesday night went biking and then did abs exercises. Thursday night swimming (but only 24 laps...my left tricep is so tight!) This morning 10 min Pilates video before work.

ChrisDesigner..you got any little animated people who have a solution to tricep issues?? ^_^

Great work everyone..the more you do it, the more you love it!! Keep it up:clap:!!

Went to cardio kickbox again last night! I am addicted.

OK, speaking of creepy gym experiences, I got one. I used to belong to this gym, there is this guy almost thirty years older than me. First time, he introduced himself to me when I was doing stairmaster. Later, when we meet in the gym, he would greet me, and try to talk to me. He asked a few times to workout with me, and I sorta ignored or rejected him. Once, he finished his workout, sat at the registery table chatting with the staff. When I finished my workout, he immediatly stopped conversation, and chased after me, asked for my phone number. I ran into my car, and left.

A few weeks later

He called my house. I have no idea where he got my phone number, b/c I never gave it to him. Thank god that I no longer belong to the gym after the first time he asked for my number.

Story over, girls just watch out when you are at the gym.

ETA

TOday's workout

2.5 hour walk back and forth, around the city!!

arg, do not even talk about it, it was bad luck!

Take care hon. Exercise because you want to and feel like it, not because you have to OR should.

:heart:

thats so scary! :shock: i really hate it when i get calls from people that i refused to give my number to! ive got to pretend im my boyfriend or something and put on my 'manly stanley' voice "who dis is?! why you callin' my girrrlfriend?"

the creepy dude smiled at me today, i cringed haha
my sister came like 10 mins later and told her boyfriend about the guy so that he knows what he looks like. my two other guy friends came to workout tonight as well so i feel safer having them around

i was so tired after work today but i was good and went to gym tonight and ended up working out harder than i planned

* treadmill : 23 mins, 1.5 miles
* abs : 60 reps
* ab crunch : 10 reps. hurts my back, i saw some guys making this face :doh: on it, i should have known it was going to be a toughie!
* triceps extention : 20 reps
* triceps seated dip : 40 reps
* hamstrings : 15 reps, i have learn how to adjust the chair, i was slippin down on my seat
* ab coaster : 120 reps
* treadclimber : 20 mins, .6 miles..cool down, i was done for the night..didnt even want to do it but might as well workout while waiting for the boys to get back from jogging

great work everyone :clap:

20 mins of that stair machine {does this thing bulk your legs up.? i hope not...}
30mins jog
15mins stretch

1 hour of one tough Pilates personal training session on machines. We even had another trainer come over to watch me do magician on the Cadillac because she was so impressed. I feel like the Pilates rock star :boxer: :p

I'm not sure if this is where to ask, but!

I'm really too lazy to join a gym. It'd be a money drain for me because I know I'd never go. Ever. Sheesh. What do you ladies and gents suggest as a good way to get daily exercise in? I just can't motivate myself to do anything. And is it better to run on your treadmill with an incline or not? I'm so not a work out person, but instead of starving myself I figure this is the better way to lose the five pounds for bikini season!

Jari Love ripped1000 DVD (an hour of intense circuit training)

Might have to walk for almost an hour to whole foods later to buy something, gonna make some sauces to keep around.

:buzz:My new place has a gym

I have not worked out in a long time, hence my recent weight gain. So I have to start out slow.

Id like to get back up to riding the bike 20 miles a day like I used to.

Today I did the bike for 30 mins and the eliptical for 10

Im so bored..that I feel like going back to the gym. But my legs are sore.

I can see my self getting addicted to working out again. I always feel so good after I do.
