Daily Exercise

I just added pilates and yoga in my workout regimen. I get a real workout doing the pilates, though. I want to have flat abs :).
 
yesterday- spinning for 60min, hard core workout for 30min

today- jogging 10km at park, core workout, biking to work and back, and walking 7 hours at work. my feet are soooooo sore.
 
TODAY
30min walk (morning)
30min bike
1h15 steps lesson
30min bike

I wanted to do elliptical (well, I've been wanting to do elliptical for a week now but they're only 2 at my gym and they're always occupateddddddd :angry:)

I meant to do some exercise yesterday, but my Sunday dinner made me kind of sick and I wasn't sure I should do any until I felt better. I want to do a little more (than what I did today) of this exercise tommorrow along with more walking in the park.

i've been uber busy lately but:
Monday - 20 minutes free weights.
Today - ran 4 miles with a running buddy!!!

I did a good three mile walk today. I'm easing myself in, you know! It felt so nice to be outside in the sun doing brisk walking. Hiking on Thursday and back into running on Friday! You all have motivated me a LOT! Thank you!
 
I walked to and from campus today. So about 3 hours in total. Planning on going for a run either thursday or friday. I also started doing my ab exercises this week. I do about 50 crunches plus 20 side situps? (not really sure what they're called).
 
yesterday- ballet for 60 minute. I'm not in bad shape, but I haven't done ballet for a longggg time, so my leg lifting muscles were not prepared!

Unfortunately no exercise today, my friend is ill so I'm spending as much time as I can with her.
 
abs 60 reps
triceps 60 reps
biceps 30 reps

it was crackin' at the gym tonight. so many boys "stop and stare"..whatchu lookin' at willis?
 
Last week:
- 3 hours ballet
- 3 hours tennis
- 4 hours netball

And throughout the week lots of walking and standing waiting for the bus :doh: (Yesterday I was waiting for 45 mins because of the awful traffic)

Yesterday:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell curls, increased weight on last four sets, integrated with eight sets of standing barbell French press .. Increased weight on last four sets.
Four sets of standing overhead dumbbell extensions.
Four sets of tri-cep dumbbell kick backs.

Today:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell behind neck press.
Four sets of dumbbell lateral raises.
Four sets of standing, side to overhead dumbbell flys.
Four sets of barbell upright rowing.
Four sets of barbell shrugs.
Four sets of barbell straight legged dead lift.

Today just walking a lot with my school, we went on excursion, I'm so tired. Couldn't go to the gym because I've no voice -I mean, I can't talk!!! I've pharyngitis.... I can't believe it!
 
I really want to hit the gym but I lack motivation :ninja:. I always see it as something that clears your mind (and does your body good!)
