Daily Exercise

I picked up on jogging regularly again, after having interrupted it for a while due to school and the missing free time that goes therein. *sigh*

So, in the past 3 days I went jogging 45 minutes each day and I'm feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated! Throughout the school week I won't have time for that, but I'll do this 45 minutes jogging program every Friday saturday and Sunday from now on.
Plus my regular aerobics every evening!
 
20 minute walk to Uni,20 minutes back. A lot of hills. My legs are working it baby!
 
i've only gone twice in the past 2-3 weeks... each session lasting 2 hours...

it's bad because my parents are away and being the eldest sister, I can't just leave my younger sister with my baby brother....

grrr

to compensate i lost more weight despite not exercising, it's because my appetite decided to go on a holiday and the increasing heat wave over here is contributing to "not feeling like eating"..

lots of water though.... BAH.
 
Hour of ballet
Ran for 30 minutes (the backs of my calves hurt like heck)
Lifted for 20 minutes
Mowed the lawn for an hour (push mower)

:P I feel pretty comfy though
 
Horseback rode? Does that count?
I tighten my abs as I rode so I could get
an ab workout as the horse moved back and fourth.
 
I went on a very strenuous hike last weekend, 3 hours of non-stop climbing.... it was amazing but difficult. I'm taking a few days off after that :)
 
I started walking to and from school everyday- it's only about 1-1.5 miles each way, but it's better than nothing. I have to wait for the pool to open up to get back to swimming my laps.
 
Still an awful lot of walking. To Uni,around Uni all day,back home,up the many many stairs etc. My legs are looking good recently! Though I'd still like to take up yoga or something when I have the time

Exercise for the horse! I usually tighten my butt when I ride because I stand in the saddle during loping, and sometimes I try and tighten my abs for a long time during a walk, but really you dont burn anything in the saddle.

I should really post again in this thread like I was religiously for awhile.
Today I ran for 20 mins on the treadmill, did 30 minutes of legs and butt workout, 15 mins on abs and a 10 minute cooldown on the eliptical.
