Daily Exercise

BACK IN THE GAME!

1 hour and 10 mins of work out time tonight..

20 mins elliptical
rest of time spent doing legs (inner and outer) and buttock weights and circuit ab exercises...

I'm so sore and tired 3 weeks away really impacts your fitness level I'll tell you that much!
 
I was so into exercising and I need to start that up again because its just good for you. So, today I did the elliptical for 30 mins. I'm so out of shape I was dying after. Then I did 120 abs. Not much, but I'm going to get back into the habit.
 
Yesterday: 25 minutes elliptical
Today: 20 minutes elliptical + 30 minute lap swim

I love swimming laps! I find it really relaxing. I normally alternate between breast stroke and freestyle.
 
I haven't really formally exercised since I moved to NYC about a month ago! :doh: I've been working so much! I've also been doing a lot more walking and stairs than usual, which has kept me from feeling totally awful about not going to the gym or something.

I'm going to try to start doing yoga at least twice a week though!
 
that one time counts!!

this week im rejoining for the month and since i make nice with my gym manager... next month im joining for the 12month special teheheheh
 
I work out probably 6 times a week, Im addicted... although my legs are sore today so today was my off day (yesterday I went to a class at my university's gym called 'butts n guts and I'm defiantly feeling it)

I do 1 hour of full speed on the treadclimber (its only 4 miles per hour, but if you haven't tried one of them you should check it out, its amazing!)
Then, I do 100 sit-ups and 100 crunches
I also do 50 leg lifts (25 each leg)
and I lift weights

-then I go to classes at the gym at my school whenever I remember to, there are a ton of different ones every day...so i switch from abs to lifting to yoga, ect.

I also hula-hoop in my spare time, it is an AMAZING workout!

Ive been keeping to my usual routine. Although getting online is getting impossible , what with summer schedule.

I haven`t been updating my workouts here lately, but now yesterday`s and today`s exercises:

I started again as aerobic instructor ( don`t mind if the spelling isn`t right ) yesterday after couple years break, so 1 hour aerobics including some squats, push ups and abs.

Today I did 1/2 hour functional work out with small weights, and 1/2 pilates.
 
45 minutes of running, sprints, hill sprints, stair sprints/climbs, squats & lunges... It was brutal - I'm never letting my fiance be my PT again! :lol:

I just wanted to say that I dont work out since the end of July, but I still have a good shaped body:brows::zorro:
 
^ that sounds like fun
reading this thread motivates me to do more than my usual morning sit ups, half an hour of jogging and then salsa dancing, till I feel sore :p Love that after exercise feel, you get such a buzz. :woot:
