Daily Exercise

Thank you. Today it was actually seven days without working out. :o:cry: It makes me feel 'set back'. :yuk: I am going tomorrow.

3 times a weak i do the crosstrainer 20 min and then situps and stretching, im proud doing that much becuse im a laaaazy person. I prefer watching tv and eating ben&jerrys. haha.

"The physically fit can enjoy their vices." :D
Mine being Apple and sultana crumble, and cream.
Also, rum n raisin ice cream.:woot:

well, it's been a few days since i posted.

Anyway, I've started to do sets of squats, leg curls, weights, sit ups, push ups and rope jumping for the past week or so.
Been working out well I think.
Although it's so hard to find time to do these things. I often had to settle for kind of a near-midnight exercise :D

^^I know how that is, working out and then trying to go to bed...ugh it never works or worked for me in the past.

Today I didnt go to the gym but I did do 90 crunches and then went and ran 6 miles, with some pretty challenging hills. I feel great, just myself again.

^yeah, as a result, I have been oversleeping for a few days, missing lectures or late for them.
need to get my priorities right! Six Packs before Classes! :p

Never much of a runner myself, although i'm not too bad at it.
but i much pretty short distances then cross country.

can anyone suggest anything to reduce my thigh size? i know squats are a pretty common recommendation, but anything that REALLY works well? ballet kind of makes my thighs big

yesterday: 1 hour elliptical, 20 min walk on incline, upper body workout with light weights, stretching
today: 30 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical, a lot of crunches

i had the same question a while back, and these guys were suggesting long distance running.

but there isnt a particular exercise that will reduce just your thigh size, it's called Spot reduction, which is a general misconception that some people have :)

Thurs, 29 Jan: Finally hit the gym and worked on my shoulders and biceps. The rotator cuff is surprisingly not as painful as I expected! :)

Fri, 30 Jan: Ran a quick 3km!

^Managed to workout. Hit the chest and triceps hard. Ended up very hungry and gulped down a load of skimmed milk!
