On days that we don't work out together (and sometimes even on days that we do if I'm feeling restless) I do cardio for 30-60 mintues of running, doing the elliptical, spinning, or whatever I'm in the mood for that day. I also do a 9 minute continuous ab work out, bridges, push ups, and stretches before bed!
