Daily Exercise

3.25 miles at incline 15 on the treadmill. Medicine ball workout. Upper body weights.
 
Yesterday:
300 situps
Dumbell (free weight) exercises with 30lbs weights
1hr. run on treadmill
200 pushups
 
Just completed 3.25 miles and half hour of weight lifting, no break between sets.
 
yesterday morning: ran 3.25 miles, weights for arms and core work.
yesterday evening: 1 hour cardio class taught by my little sis! ^_^
this morning: ran 2 miles, full body weights.
 
Yesterday: I ran 7.2 *** on the treadmill.
Today: 1 hour 30 minutes power walking with my dog.
