Daily Exercise

^ I have to try it sometime, although I am scared that I won't make it through all the way.

2 mile run + 10 sprints on high incline
30 minute weights

Nothing today except some stairs at University. But my treadmill is finally fixed! I'm so happy! :)

hey, guys! what do you think about fitness courses like Wii fit or Kinect ?
Please don't laugh at me, I'm asking genuinely.
I'm thinking about buying the Kinect cam for my boyfriend as christmas gift and I'd like to know if I'll enjoy some fun myself with these applications.

An hour on the treadmill yesterday, 20 minute jog and 40 min walk.
I'm so happy to have my treadmill back up and running! Now I don't have to try and run in the cold, cold weather outside.

Tonight I'll do another hour of the same. Maybe a little more jogging. We'll see...

Jogging in snow (frontal sinus:wacko:): 30 min
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: day 4

2 hours of hardcore arm workouts.....translation= playing my Wii this morning.

^ lol i was boxing on wii just for a while yesterday and i can feel all my muscles now :D

30 minutes cardio and 45 minutes at the gym yesterday. Boxing class tomorrow, spinning+gym on saturday and gym on sunday.

I have personal experience only from Wii Fit, but I guess pretty much the same goes for Kinect. They are definitely better than no exericise at all, and if you haven`t worked out for a while/ are a beginner they might be just a right start for you. There are plenty of good exercises in those programs, they are simple and you may recognize many moves from instructed (yoga, aerobic etc) classes.

If you are more experienced with sports you may find some of the programs boring and non-effective. But I guess they have developed a lot since I played wii fit, when it first came.

If you enjoy spending time by your console anyway, then why not to give a try ^_^
