Daily Exercise

tuesday: 12 mile bike commute, 40 minutes of elliptical, 40 minutes of stationary bike
wednesday: 12 mile bike ride
 
Mon/Wed/Fri Run (3.5 miles Upper body (weight training) - Yoga (1 hour)
Tues/Thurs Run (3.5 miles) Lower body (weight training) Stretching (20-30 minutes)
Sat/Sun Re cooperate :cry:

40 lunges, 30 reverse crunches and the usual 100 crunches. I've been lazy this past days, i'll think i'll go for a jog tomorrow. :)

Never posted here b4 but will start. Im a FITNESS FREAK in addition to loving fashion lol...

-2 hour long arm workout session (triceps, biceps), also threw in shoulders.
-15min sauna

Not sure if pics are allowed, but here's one I took after the workout.
