Daily Exercise

04/09 - 1 hour dance class
06/09 - 20 minute run + 15 minute NIKE better butt workout
 
08/09 - 30 minute walk
09/09 - 30 minute walk
10/09 - 30 minute walk
 
1 hour at the gym (dead lifts, squats, rowing etc) so sweaty!

Hopefully the rain clears up so I can cycle to work and go for a run outside tomorrow!
 
11/09 - 30 minute walk
12/09 - 30 minute walk
13/09 - 30 minute walk
14/09 - 30 minute walk
15/09 - 30 minute walk
16/09 - 20 minute run & Nike Training Club 'leaner legs'
17/09 - 15 minutes Nike Training Club 'pro-runner stretches'
 
i rode my bike to work 4 days this week (48 miles total) but today I sprained my ankle on a run.

Monday - Off
Tuesday - 2.70km run / current arm regime
Wednesday - 1 hour dance class
Thursday - The 100 Workout
Friday - Off
Saturday - 30 minute walk w/ my dog

today 22km bike half hour gym (cardio + glute weights/ abs)
 
Tues: 22km bike ride + half hour Tracy Anderson dvd
Wed: 5km run + half hour Tracy Anderson dvd
