Daily Exercise

Already done this 4 times this week:

50mim jogging including jogging up and down the hill.
Wooooh that is the best!
 
Yesterday: 3 mile run + Freeweights
Today: 2 miles + Freeweights + bikeride
 
90min housecleaning
(on my way for) 60min swimming

damn @Lila, some people swim here ! That's nice. I thought everybody was running. Swimming is sooooo much better.
 
@BerlinRocks, I hate running. I much prefer swimming, definitely.

Today I did about 35 minutes or so of cross training at the gym in the park. I also found an abandoned skipping rope so I might do five or so minutes of that later. As well as going back to the park to walk around and see their "fun-day" that they are doing today (with a bouncy castle and tombola and all that jazz).
