Daily Exercise

Not daily, but every other day..legwork.

Alternating between front & back squats every other day.
Leg presses.
Box jumps.
Way too many lunges.

I may have arthritic kneecaps any day now, but at least my rump-roast will look good in overpriced designer jeans. :lol::lol::lol:
 
Yesterday I did barbell squats 5x5

Today just bench 5x5 and dips (unassisted of course).

I like to train powerlifiting style with a focus on the big three; bench, squats and deadlifts. My goal is to be as strong as humanly possible. No pink dumbells for me!!
