Four years ago, a paternity test revealed that Gwen Stefani's boo, Gavin Rossdale, was the father of British model Daisy Lowe. But it turns out that lineage is the least interesting thing about her. Summer has barely started, and already this young gun has moved to New York and put the city (and us) right under her brash, underage thumb.
