So for Galliano, I think both Chanel and Dior seem highly unlikely.

I'd guess either Fendi if LVMH want him back in the fold (and he'll still get to do couture) - or he goes back to his own label?

Either with LVMH, or he buys it back from them with other investors.

Gucci could be interesting, but also a whiplash-inducing about-turn from Sabato's minimalism back to the maximalism of Michele.

Or...he does what most 65 year olds do and...retire? 😬
