it now says this on my order page

Express delivery has been temporarily suspended and will not be available again until January 5th, 2006. We regret any inconvenience this may pose.

My delivery was standard, not express :yuk:

^It always takes a while for them to deliver...my box usually just sits in Raleigh (10-15 minutes from here) for like 3-4 days!

Changing the subject a bit..sorry..

but what do you guys here think about the new Dior Homme fragrance (I know, totally irrelevant..)?

I thought, "ok, nice bottle - but it's going to be another mainstream, average, common, unoriginal, commercial fragrance. Iris my foot...it's just going to smell like the others."

It didn't  It was like a bettered version of Hanae Mori, with a more interesting top note. HM just smells the same to me throughout, while the DH's dry down is more leathery and masculine(ish ), imo.

I succumbed

I bought it

Oh man, that'd be torturous! I'd drive down there and pick it up.

I need to check out some DH fragrances someday. I've never smelled a single one. But then again, I'm not the fragrance type. Maybe it'd change my mind.

A cliché maybe, but I really (as in REALLY like) only like Eau Noir, but Eau Noir is probably my favorite fragrance bar none. The new "Dior Homme" I don't like the slightest, but all my friends like it a lot! oh and you can see that they went commercial with that perfume, as the ad for it features the typical Dolce guy. Truth be told, He ain't no Eric van Norstrand.:flower:

what is the name of the model who presents the new dior men fragrance(dior homme parfume masculin)i would like to have much more photos of him because he is very very handsome and charming:heart:

yes, I hated that...but then again, I don't buy a fragrance for the model. The model was sooo sooo not the "Dior boy". I can see the "Dior boy" wearing this fragrance, but not this model - I see him wearing Hugo Hugo Boss .

It's supposedly the first Dior fragrance linked to the Dior Homme fashion house by Hedi Slimane  So what are Eau Noir, Bois d'Argent, and Eau Blanche then?!

And what's with the bottle, very nice and all...but I highly doubt that putting a steel tube in a mixture of alcohol and essential oils to cover the small plastic spray tube is an actual "authentic technical feat" as they claim:lol:

wait a minute guys,
so if you click on a different country on Yoox, you get different stuff to choose from:blink:.

oh, and i've not purchase cologne in a while,
usually go with my natural manly scent.

I need yet to try the other DH fragrances. They sound so good.

Alex, it really is a thing of taste - I recommend you try using cologne sometime. IMO, it sets the 'mood'. Also, I use fragrance as a souvenire - it gives me memories of the moments that I wore it. When I travel I ALWAYS stop by duty free and buy something.

Also, with the new DH one. Be careful, you're girlfriend might want to wear it too  It's definately a good fragrance, though.

I bought this one as well. Waldner is right that it's on the roomy side when it comes to dior homme cutting. However, relatively speaking it's still narrow, has the dior silouhette. I have a wool military jacket from luster in the same size and a similar style. The sleeve, shoulder and torso are very similar in size -- I can feel the shoulder pressing, and the arm hole. I like the details myself, though they're minimal, pretty much along the lines of the plain military jackets hedi did for luster. The finish is not flashy at all. I wouldn't recommend this jacket for anyone who is more drawn to the flashy side of dior homme.

I actually think that's one of the worst DH jackets.
I tried it on a few weeks ago and the cut is very non-DH. It's extremely large, I could probably fit my tights through the armholes. The details (and lack of details) look very cheap and boring, and I don't like the material at all.
I liked the look it had on the runway, but it's completely different if you ask me.

I want the pink jean as well. I tried them on, and they actually look really cool and are pretty wearable although they tend to get dirty quickly.

Btw, I'm looking for items from Reflection at the moment, so if anyone has any pins, double collar shirts or anything else for sale, don't hesitate to PM me.

i like this look alot
