Hello! First post here so please, be gentle!

Does anyone have some more pictures of this gorgeous jacket? All I can find is this one and some from the runway but they are way too dark to see anything.

Any help would be great! :D

I actually own this coat, but I'm currently at work right now. You're not missing many of the details in the picture.

There is in no zip closure like described on Eluxury. The three metal clips on the chest unclip and you (un)hook them through three rings on the other side of the coat to close it instead of a traditional button closure.

It's 80% wool, 15% nylon, 5% cashmere with a viscose lining. There are two inner pockets and you can see the two flap pockets on the front in that picture.

My only qualm with this coat is it doesn't include an extra clip. The way they're sewn on/constructed it doesn't appear is if they'll come off/break very easy, but I'm just paranoid about a freak accident occuring and being screwed because there's no extra clips included.

The back is plain with a center back seam. The only exception is the signature shoulder dart detail. A very elegant coat.

Lovely! Thanks so much. Just wish I saved the pictures when they were up on luisaviaroma. It is indeed a lovely coat.

hey what do u guys think of the gold duffle bag by dior? any feedback on how good or bad it is? and would also like to know ur opinions on the coated canvas dior duffle bag that can be found on eluxury

^I think w/ the gold one it's just a matter of whether you can pull off a gold bag and whether you'd actually get any use out of it.

Does anyone have a picture of the fall/winter shoes from the lookbook? Specifically the 6.5 heels.

^ Which heels? The one w/ the strap? Im loving those, but they smelled like motor oil when I tried them on, I also almost broke my leg b/c I was sliding around the store in them.

What was I going to say. OH, I was looking at that beige FW trench (I LOVE IT) but I find that it's cut too tight through the shoulders and too big through the torso, the next size down was extremely tight in the shoulders but fit through the torso, I was so disappointed because I really wanted it. I did like their cropped pea coat, but I have no use for that length.

Did you recently try the trenchcoat on or was this earlier in the season? I think they've long sold out of it at the NYC store and it would be nice to get my hands on one.

I have the ones with the straps from this season but they are 5 cm heels and stated as such on the invoice from the boutique. They are really high though so if the gold and silver boots are higher than it may be even harder to walk around in them. I haven't worn mine as I plan to get some sort of protection on the soles, I am not sure whether to go with rubber or leather or what is best (if any of you have any ideas please let me know) but I'll wear them after I get them protected I guess.

Also the gold bag looks magnificent in person but I am not sure how it'll age. If you can get your hands on one for around $1000 or less I'd say get it and see if you like it or not, if not you can easily resell it for that price. I wouldn't say it's a timeless piece either but if you follow fashion you know that gold and silver pops up every couple of seasons so it'll definitely be a head turner depending on when you carry it. I hope this helps.

I tried it on at Barneys like two days ago.

To answer Strokesfan question, I have both the gold and strap heels. They are exactly the same, no difference in height.

I've got that coat too. I'm counting down the days until it gets cold enough to wear, I've had it since July (the Dior SA convinced me it would sell out in IT 46 right away).
All pics my own:
