Here is a DIY I did on dip dyeing or Ombre. Easy way to update boring white clothing and turn it into your own. Quite easy too.

yeah i could do it, the print on the dress wont be easy to find but i dont like ot anyways, a solid color may work better, for me at least. lol at the message =)

anyone has a good picture of the yellow jacket rihanna wore recently? i wanted to make my own (after i finish the balmain, i promise!) but i havent been able to find a good detail picture of what the material on her lapels is, those arent studs or rhinestones or sequins, but im still not sure what it is exactly. anyone knows?

you meant this?. you probably need leather and lot of rhinestones. so it can come out quite expensive.

but i' d prefer studs to rhinestones.

yeah thats the one, i know a place where i can get the leather. i dont think they are rhinestones, ive seen bigger pictures on her thread and even from the runway and it seems more like something woven like a metallic thread or something like that, definitely not rhinestones but i need to find a better picture so i can tell exactly what that is, usually i look on nap or lvr cause they zoom on the garments but it isnt available there. rhinestones would look very nice also but that would be expensive and would totally ruin the purpose of dyi-ng it

Awesome dyi i found for the MMM sandal-boot

1) Cut large cuffs off the top of old pair of black leather/vinyl boots. Mine are Guess and I got them at TJ Maxx a long time ago for about $50. When cutting, angle so back is longer than front.
2) Fit cuffs over a pair of black heeled sandals (looks great with wedges or flats too). The shorter part should go over the top of your foot, the longer part in the back almost folded under the heel.
3) Play with positioning of cuff by rolling/folding fabric forward as needed
