Does This Work? Get Fashion Feedback Here.

I love band shirts but they look ridiculous on women with big breasts. I feel really uncomfortable wearing them.

I agrree. I have pretty big breasts in comparism to my petite body and I avoid anything printed on the bust area, just as well as I wouldn't wear anything with frills in that area.

*can i wear black rubber boots with a black wool trench coat?or is should i wear leather boots?
*how about wearing sunglasses when the sun's not shining?is it okay to wear sunglasses when it's raining?

thanks for Your help,i'd really appreciate it!

Speaking of rock printed tees - I'd DIY them into a tank top. I think it'd look cool, but depending on a print of course, some of them are tacky..
In short, I'd wear a rock tee/top in a heartbeat, especially if there's a Rammstein print))

How about fedoras? I own one that I have only worn a few times and only in formal situations. I personally think they're fine in that context, but I don't like them worn with causal wear. Any thoughts?

i like a pork pie better than a fedora...
the fedora usually has a wider brim and you have to be careful that it's not too wide or it can look a bit too retro or costume-y...

but the right fedora can look cool...
all depends on finding the right one...

Hopefully this is the right thread now, in case it's not, please send me the link to the right thread then. :)

Yesterday I bought some really nice, skinny corduroys in camel but I have absolutely no idea what's looking nice, combined with them.

Any suggestions? Normally I always have a certain picture in my mind while buying new stuff, but certainly the picture generator in my head is out of modus at the moment. :( :D

My boyfriend's company christmas party is a formal event that has "Mad Men" as the theme for this year.

I have purchased a dress from Etsy (worn in the picture) and have found a red lipstick I love. However, I don't know how to accessorize this :( I was hoping to stay somewhat within the 50's/60's era. The only necklace I currently own that might work is the one I wore in the pictures. Any suggestions?

:)

You look really good. The dress, lips and hair all suit you sooo well. You definitely have a Mad Men theme going on. I'm not a fan of the necklace- it seems a little too colorful and a lot going on. I like the size and length so I would try more of a gem (gold, silver, dark green) or pearl.

Tonight my biggest dilemma is a long chain- or short chunky necklace. It's a low cut black shirt, simple jacket and leggings with high boots. The longer chain is definitely more casual and the short chunky necklace looks a little more posh- but I find it makes my face look a bit too round. I guess in this case its to each her own!

I have this coat and these boots that I wear on a day to day basis. I live in Toronto and the winters can be pretty cold. The boots Im wearing now are fine for the weather, but I want another pair of comfortable boots as well. My style is pretty classic so simple and chic are what I go for. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great :) Thanks!

I just purchased this dress for a New Year's Eve party we are attending. Attire at the party will be cocktail and men in suits.

I am 5'7'' and while the dress is not too short...it's pretty short. So I wanted to possibly add tights. Should I go with a sheer black tight or an opaque black tight. I will be wearing a closed toe black pump with a high heel.

I would say a sheer black. If you go with the opaque black it would be too much blach IMO. If you want opaque tights I would choose maybe a dark purple or dark green.
Nice dress!

You can never have too many tights, so I would probably be prepared with both and try them on to see. I'm thinking the shine of the dress and your skin (arms, decolletage) might give enough contrast to go with a more opaque tight. DKNY (which I wear) has at least 3 variations on plain black, so you could go with something in between sheer and very opaque.

VersaceForever I really don't know too much about your graduation-looks, but I'm gonna have to place my bet on too casual. I mean, he could wear that on any given day, you should definitely put together something extra for his graduation ;)
