I am quite excited about her movies
and she seems like a smart woman.
I liked reading her interview in Dazed and Confused.

Funny!

I guess from a young age, "Gone With The Wind" became like the most perfect movie in my mind.
And we had to write a hero story in my academic classes when I was 11 or 12.
And literally I wrote about Clark Gable rescuing people during the Civil War from burning buildings.
And I pretended like it was an original idea!
I still watch "Gone With The Wind" once a year, at least.

What a fantastic interview, she seems like a really intelligent woman. I definitely prefer her outspokenness to the Jennifer Lawrence variety, it seems genuine and less about trying to entertain people by saying outlandish things. The spread is beautiful as well, definitely the highlight of all the September issues for me.

I agree with HeatherAnne as well; Lizzie seems totally grounded and wise beyond her years. I love that she's a feminist and I love that "family and friends" matter above all else to her. How cool, too, to learn the etymology of the "Elizabeth and James" line! I didn't put two and two together, but I think i like my E&J pieces even more now. hee hee
