^ Blair's yellow/green outfit is lovely, finally something youthfull and reminds me of the Queen B from seasons 1 and 2. Still, Serena has the best wardrobe. Lily looks elegant as usual but I wish they could stop tying her hair into knots/buns. Lily looks better with her hair pulled down.
