Agreed. Her red carpet style is just random...sometimes a hit, sometimes a miss, usually just meh.
Her street style, on the other hand, is usually quite good. She basically wears The Row pieces in a very effortless, simple way. You can tell she gets a lot of her inspiration from her sisters.
