Elle Canada in a bit of trouble?

For the past few months, the English edition of Elle in Canada (aka Elle Canada) has been selling its magazines packaged with the American edition. is there a reason for this? Are they in trouble? I certainly hope not, because I like Elle Canada more than Flare or Fashion.

I agree. I already have a subsription to ELLE Canada and the past few months I had to pay for it again (the dollar premium for the combo) in order to get US ELLE. I thought it was going to be a holiday promotion but now there is no signs of letting up. Very annoying!

If ELLE Canada is done, I really won't miss it.

^ELLE Canada usually always has some celeb coverage in the issue, but the nice part of the magazine is that they don't always put the celeb on the cover and will use models instead. But unfortunately, imo, the magazine is not that exciting in terms of fashion.

I'm new to this site, so bare with me. I'm catching up on all things fashion. I haven't purchased Elle Canada in awhile but are you saying the the magazine comes wrapped up with Elle US? That's v. strange indeed....

Yup, on the Canadian newstands you have to buy both US ELLE and Canada packaged together. I guess, as stated before, ELLE Canada is having trouble selling on it's own.

My boyfriend has had four years of free subscriptions to Stuff, FHM and Maxim from them and has never been disappointed. Yes do be careful, but also look at how many positive ratings the site has gotten also. I'm going to try it and I'll let you all know if that works.

For the European poster, I don't know of any site that does it internationally. Sorry hun!

type in the word "subscription" on ebay. that's where i get all my subscriptions from, except for nylon and zink. you can do better than 4.55, and i've only been burned once ever, and i got my money back.

i've been doing it for years and only had an issue with one seller.
