Silvia is an amazing model and I am really surprised that she is not well-known back home in Bulgaria.

Bulgarian Elle has existed since october 2005.
This Elle outlet is quite skinny - around 160 pages.
It features poor translated material, yawn articles, and crappy styling...and of course Elle's impressive fashion editorials.
