Emilio Pucci S/S 10 Milan

there is something wrong when the designers known for creating sl*tty clothes move on to a different look and your left imitating them...

^ Me too. They are some things I like, some of them not (Abbey's dress). I'll just have to wait.

I Guess I Disagree With Many Of You...I Luv The New Direction Of Pucci! I Luvd Last Season And This Season Looks Good So Far... I Do Agree That, That Classic PUCCI Element Is Missing But I Still Like :)

i like this dress, but it reminds me a lot of versace f/w 2009

What is Pucci other than prints for resort wear and skiing? If Dundas wants to take it in a direction where it competes with Balmain, Versace, and Cavalli then let him. My only complaint is that if he IS going to take it there, he needs to reinvent the genre, if only a little. This is not the freshest take on these kinds of clothes.

ugh, I hate the direction he's taking the brand to.

Since when did Pucci become so...sl*tty? :ninja:

since Mr. Dundas took over Pucci & he is doing the same trashy cavali formula that he did at Ungaro.

this looks like a poor mans version of balenciaga meets balmain.
I miss old pucci under williamson ,at least he gave the brand an identity.

Not even the Palazzo Serbelloni can make this collection look less sl*tty. And I enjoyed last season too.

Dundas did work as a designer for Cavalli at one point so I'm not really surprised. I do like that he is giving the brand a new direction. I do need to see more however to form an opinion.

From what I see though, he isn't just designing something an slapping an archival Pucci print on it like Williamson did which is what I like about Dundas for this brand. so far he has used different fabrics to create the Pucci patterns on the clothing.
