Hmm...there's something off about that look. I think it's the color of the dress and her jewelry choice. The way her style has been looking lately, I think she could have chosen something way better.

The dress, IMO, looks cheap, probably because of the fabric and fit (Especially the fit of the top of the dress). Do not like this look, and the necklace isn't helping things.
