It is. I think she was one of the people who compensated for not having a very punk dress with punk accessories and make up, because let's be honest, DVF, Marchesa, Calvin Klein, etc..some of these designers weren't going to pull off edgy. eta: and i think it looks nice, make up especially.

I think she should go dark brown again, the light hair, whether it's blonde oder brown just doesn't compliment her as much as dark hair does.
