Favorite "Cheap" Shops?

I'm not familiar with the shops .. for example .. I've never been on a H&M or a Zara ... but I've seen their stuff ...
I think my fave of all those is Club Monaco (and there isnt one of those in here either!)
-Damn! you may think I actually live on top of a tree on a rainforest-

Urban Outfitters isn't cheap. Well it has really cheap clothes but I find the prices quite high for their quality.

I once saw a really cheap sweater there. I thought it would be no more than 50$ and didn't look at the price tag. When I got to the cash register the guy said "That will be 145$.

Needless to say I still bought it. But it was way to expensive for its quality.

My choice would be Zara.

i never feel guilty about an h&m purchase...it's like after a while i can throw it away it was so cheap..i don't qualify banana republic and stores like that as cheap so much bc although a suede blazer for three hundred is a steal, it's not so cheap that i wouldn't consider buying something else

H&M all the way! They make some really cute accesories and if I have enough time and I'm in a good mood I can spend hours in a big H&M cause there's so much clothes! I've got some really good deals there and I usually buy my tank tops and such in there. Now they actually also opened a vintage section in the biggest store in Copenhagen where it's secondhand clothing. very, very nice.

I love H&M and Strawberry. Banana Republic and Zara are quite expensive and Club Monaco isn't cheap either. I refuse to buy from Urban Outfitters because of some of the stupid products they have carried. Bebe's clothes are tacky imo and Forever 21 is too young and trendy. It would be OK for someone under 20 but not me.

I love Guess.

I have the cutest zip up Khaki green jumper from there. A nice pair of linen pink overalls...nice tank tops.... I love Guess.

I'm unfamilar with a bunch of those shops listed.

I like Guess, too. I know they rip off stuff, and they have a lot of tacky and overly-trendy stuff (I'm young, so I don't mind a little tackiness B) ), and a lot of their men's stuff is cut too big, but at least the clothes are interesting (when compared to Gap, etc.). And the stuff is pretty damn tough. Try ripping those jeans...

I have a bunch of stuff from Guess that people stop me on the streets and ask me about. Even happened yesterday, actually...

Club Monaco.

We don't have Zara, H&M (yet) or Mango in San Francisco. The only time I've been in an H&M store was in New York, it was terrifying. :ninja: H&M was terrifying, not New York.

probably urbane outfitters, although i only have one shirt form there.

I disliek there generall hipster image, bot some clothes are nice, if not over priced.

nobody else here must be from Oregon... over here, in the land of no-shopping, girls consider Banana Republic, Guess, Urban Outfitters and Bebe to be brands you brag about!

Bebe is as close as it seems to get to designer (aside from knock off vuitton bags..barf), and out here the general consensous is that anything over $40 for a shirt, $70 for pants and $100 for a coat/shoes is very very expensive.

i'd have to say my favorite of all those is Banana Republic, although ebay has ruined shopping for me. i tend to go into those stores, see a $50 tag for a little top and run home to ebay where i go nuts on $10 brand new shirts.

<sigh>
