Favorite Christmas Movie

The nightmare before Christmas

and I know that it's not a xmas movie but I love the Wizard of Oz and Willy Wonka just because I use to watch them during xmas holiday!

Wow, how I love the Holidays. :)

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation about tops my list...
Home Alone is great,
and I remember watching Carebears: the Nutcracker (something to that extent) when I was younger.

I love how everybody loves Home Alone. It's like something that binds our generation together hahahaha. I'll always have protective, affectionate feelings towards Macauley Culkin because of that whole period, even though I think he is a few years older than me. I still see him as that sweet little boy.

I used to have a major crush on him and everyone used to make fun of me. I saw Richie Rich like 4 times in the theatres.

A Charlie Brown Christmas is on ABC tonight. Linus is wise beyond his years.

I've been watching ABC FAmily like every night to see what christmas shows they'll have on... they have that 25 days of Christmas thing going on.

I love The Wizard of Oz too..I always watch it when they put it on Christmas time..its such a classic.

DEFINITLEY ELF!

"The best way to spread Christmas Cheer, is singing loud for all to hear!!"
"I just like to smile! Smiling's my favorite. "
"I thought maybe we could make ginger bread houses, and eat cookie dough, and go ice skating, and maybe even hold hands. "

Its just the cutest movie ever!!!

Home Alone brings me nostalgic childhood Christmas memories..I completely agree with oolie coco there! :p
A Nightmare Before Christmas is wonderful, and for Russian speakers - С Легким Паром! is absolutely the perfect New Year's Eve movie, truly. New Year's Eve isn't proper New Year's Eve without this film.

Agree! As well as Морозко and Снежная Королева! :buzz: :flower:

Without a doubt, Home Alone. In fact, I am watching Home Alone 2 right now. They crack me up. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas (cartoon version) is cool too. :D

My sister makes me watch It's a Wonderful Life each year. For some reason, that movie makes me want to gauge my eyeballs out.

HOME ALONE without a doubt!

Also, The Grinch and all the cartoon movies. I swear I will never grow up (and I don't want to :innocent:):D

You know what's odd? I've taken to watching the DVD commentary of Love Actually to remind me of Christmas  Richard Curtis is brilliant  But I agree with you, the film is perfect for Christmas, and makes everything seem lovely :magic:
