lol no you aren't...its just hard to communicate using just words

okay, what clicker on your mouse do you use to click on buttons in the forum? (it might be different from the one i use depending on your settings)

to highlight... you Hold that clicker down (keep holding it) and drag your mouse over the text(or area) you want to highlight....when you do this, it will make the background of the area you highlighted black and the text white

i suck at explaining :ermm:

One more...

The Pope has it but he does not use it. Your father has it but your mother uses it. Nuns do not need it. Your lady friend's husband has it and she uses it. What is it?

You're right, as was the ever-conquering Captain.

If anyone wants some more:

A man looking at a painting says, ''Brothers and sisters, I have none, but that man's father is my father's son''. Who is in the picture?

. . . .

What goes up the chimney down, but can't go down the chimney up?

. . . .

I am the beginning of sorrow, and the end of sickness. You cannot express happiness without me, yet I am in the midst of crosses. I am always in risk, yet never in danger. You may find me in the sun, but I am never out of darkness.

. . . .

I never was, am always to be,
No one ever saw me, nor ever will
And yet I am the confidence of all
To live and breathe on this terrestrial ball

If anyone wants some more:

Yes! more, more, MORE!

Answer: The man's son?

at first i guessed Shadow, but it didn't really work for all...then, i remembered an earlier riddle in this thread and this is what i got

Answer: The Letter "S" ? (thanks to oanadobre's paragraph riddle)

i have to think about the rest

Both of your answers were right. :bunny:

We are little airy creatures,
All of different voice and features;
One of us in "glass" is set,
One of us you'll find in "jet,"
T'other you may see in "tin,"
And the fourth a "box" within.
If the fifth you should pursue,
It can never fly from "you." (robbed from Jonathan Swift)

. . . . . . .

Only one of these five statements is correct - which is it?
1. Only one of these statements is false.
2. Only two of these statements are false.
3. Three of these statements are false.
4. Four of these statements are false.
5. All five of these statements are false

i have been reading this OVER and OVER...and the best i can come up with is that it is unusual because there is no use of the word "the"
