Some other wonderful movie moments:
CARRIE - the shower scene at the beginning, or the prom.
Wizard of Oz - pretty much any scene featuring the Wicked Witch of the West
Run Lola Run - love the "start," when Mannie phones her, she screams and throws the phone, and then begins her run.
Fanny & Alexandre - any of the "ghost" scenes. This film is so long but SO worth sitting through. It's fabulous.
Sherlock Jr - Buster Keaton's face makes any of his movies worth watching, but I love the scene where he enters the film and "jumps" from scene to scene.
Virgin Suicides - Lux and Trip during the documentary at school, when the dialogue of the film "overlaps" what they are feeling, and then, just before he leaves, he says "You're A Stone Cold Fox!"
Those are some off the top - LOVE films.
