I am sorry I made a cheap conspiracy theory gag. Clearly Dr Kelly was killed by a government hit squad... who managed to render him unconscious with an agent no pathologist could detect, drag him into the woods without disturbing a single twig and then kill him with another undetectable agent in a murder so blatant every right-thinking citizen can smell it... but strangely only eight doctors, not one a toxicologist, have come forward to say so. Or perhaps Elvis was just using invisible bullets?
