I my new brown python .. I agree .. it's the best one yet! I have no idea how many they got .. it seems they have a whole bunch in all the different colors!

Can I ask what size it is or does it just come in one size? I apologize if this was already answered in another post. Its about $7,000 right with tax? Its has to be gorgeous. COngrats!

It's the medium and yes, it was $7k with tax .. I hit the jackpot so I thought I'd treat myself!

Has anybody ever complained to ioffer about all the fradulent bags especially that offering for "authentic fendi spy bags". What an outrage. There must be something we can do to help those poor misguided souls who are wasting their money and are being ripped off at 800 and 900 dollars a piece.

Someone would have to be incredibly naive and not very smart to buy from the Ioffer "Fendi" seller. One doesn't have to be a brain surgeon to figure out that if a seller is offering one of the world's most in-demand bags of the moment, at one-third the retail price, something isn't quite right...

Sadly there are people who are going to be duped of their money but come on, you'd have to born yesterday to buy from that seller!

I totally agree! But then again, there have been offers on the item, I hope those buyers would back out from the transaction before everything's too late. I just feel sorry for those people who get scammed.

I am soooo excited for you and your bag. Congrats! I am leabing towards the pleated cognac and the gold python and tomorrow I will actually try and order it, and probably get discouraged and give up, but hopefully I will get a optimistic SA in NYC Fendi.

Hi everyone.. for fendi spy bag owners..I have a question.. I recentely bought a fendi spy bag on ebay and the bag came with out tags.. that's what the description said so it's ok. Anyways, my question is how does a real fendi spy bag feel? The leather and inside lining. This bag is cognac medium and looks real from outside. the leather feels very smooth but the inside lining, the fendi logo material feels stiff, like there's plastic lining underneath. Is that it's supposed to feel like that? Also, the hardware on this bag is gold and silver.
I never bought expensive bags on ebay so I am getting paranoid. The fendi stores near here said only Fendi NY can only authenticated the bag. I would have to drive some miles.. which is fine but until then.. I need your input. thank you..

Okay .. I'll try to help, though I don't have exactly the same one you do .. I have two and both have the silver and gold hardware. But both of mine are lined in the tan canvasy like fabrication which is also on the stiffer side. I hope this helps and good luck with your quest!

I just called fendi ny and they said they won't authenticate the bag for me because of legal issues. that sucks

chloegal, who did you buy it from? look at the detailing on the bag, the stitching on the outside and everything. i doubt the fakes are that convincing yet

the spy bags have both gold and silver hardware (see my detailed description somewhere else in this thread). I have the green leather and it's lined in the logo fabric, which I wouldn't call stiff (and certainly wouldn't describe as feeling like it's lined in plastic). it's just fabric and I wouldn't liken it to canvas -- it's a little softer, like a manmade fiber or a blend (cotton and rayon perhaps). does yours have the little silver fendi plaque with a serial number? because even if a fendi boutique won't authenticate your bag, they might be willing to tell you if the serial number is legit. why don't you post the link to the auction so we can see for ourselves?

It sort of makes noise when you crush it, not super soft. It was something I didn't expect either but I'm getting used to it.

Meeyowsa, have you felt the green is easy to wear? I love the color and I'm not a matchy person but I am afraid this color will be tough.

I'm having a hard time with the green. I'm not matchy either but I also don't like to have too much going on. so I find it only works when I'm wearing relatively monochromatic colors. even though I've gotten lots of support, I can't say I'm 100% excited about this bag.

Thank you for your honesty. I had been thinking of returning this color and just going with the chocolate which is obviously more easy to wear on a day to day basis. It's such a pretty green though I'm having trouble letting go!

I'm sorry, I'll have to figure this out and ask my husband for help, it might take a while. There is one on ebay now, listed by someone who is using the same copy as styledrops (weird). That picture is close although mine is very dark and rich like a coffee bean and the handles are slightly lighter, really nice. I didn't like the cognac either, too flat. I'll try to figure out the picture thing tonight. Do you have the green?
