Gap drops SJP

Someone please post a picture of this Joss Stone. I am still in the dark. I always thought SJP was perfect for Gap. She lended an air of sophistication to a generally dull label while Gap broke her "high fashion" mold she accrued from SATC.

I agree, i loved her Pretty Khaki add, and it actually made me go to the gap itll be interesting to see waht Gap does after her...i loved her as a part of it.

Chill, no need to call Joss Stone a b*tch Shes a soul singer..people have compared her voice sounding a little like Aretha Franklin's. Some people like her, some dont.

I adore Joss' voice. She's cute and fresh faced but she's pretty new at this I think (I stand corrected) so I guess I wait a while before I make up my mind about her and GAP.

I think the gap is trying to move away from the sophisticated style that sjp represented to the current trendy bohemian look that Joss Stone represents. it makes sense from a marketing point. girls aren't buying cute blazers with flowers in the lapel at the moment, they're seeing MK Olson and Sienna Miller and buying eccentric boho flow-y skirts etc.

She does have a killer body. Face wise I think she is gross. Before SATC I recall many writers asking how she actually got into the business.

i guess the gap wants to "discover" a style icon...but i agree with soft..it seems like pretty odd timing..but then again the Gap is pretty savvy.
