OMG!! that pic in #179 is just too good!

In the younger pics he actually looks like Christian Bale. I think i like the older Gary a lot more than younger.

I just saw Dracula yesterday, and to say he is HOT would be such an understatement. His voice is soooo hypnotic. Still drooling!

I brought The Scarlet Letter yesterday, and it was SO good (I think that Gary saved the film- his performance was wonderful)

That Track 29 one is pretty cool. I love that first song. I recognise the tune from Anchor's Aweigh. There's this scene where Frank Sinatra and Gene Kelly's characters make up a navy song about a girl on the spot. It was called "If you knew Susie like we know Susie." Really funny song. And it's got that whole "'S' is for.... sincerity... which she's got none of. 'U' is for... You know what I mean.." thanks for the clip with Gary. I really enjoyed it. He hasn't got such a bad voice.

I watched the Professional the other day. I have to say Gary was fantastic in it. Creepy but fantastic. Disturbing but fantastic. I think I'm going to have to dig up more of his movies. Mum hates Gary Oldman, just because of all the horrid characters he's played, but I have to say I have a weakness for well played horrible characters and I can't say much on the topic because I've only seen him in Harry Potter as my favourite character and in the Professional. I think I'll watch Dracula next, any other suggestions?

^ What about The Scarlet Letter? Thats the only one I can think of where he plays the 'hero' sort of, its a romantic/tragic kind of movie. I personally loved it because of how adorable he/his character was (but the film did badly).

Also, theres State of Grace- his character is quite complex in this I don't think he's either evil/good. Its a good film thought, Ed Harris & Sean Penn are in it too & its one of Oldmans earlier films

Also, Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead! I think that would be a great movie to watch after seeing the clips on youtube. I think Rosencrantz is one of his best performances so far! However I've tried to buy it everywhere & have had no luck.

He looks super good in State of Grace. He has one of the most hypnotic voices ever; whether it is in Dracula or even in that Nokia N73 ad. Love him.
