you can also try vintage item shops, if you have those there. these were the kinds of glasses available/popular then (maybe 1950, 60...). i always see it in old movies.

My goatee's kind-of messy in this pic, but oh well...

I had a similar pair 3 years ago, but they weren't quite as severely angular. These frames are INHouse A-1477 TCA801's. With glasses, I've usually been about a year ahead (but not right now) and a couple of my pairs in the 90's I was 2 years ahead. My clothing may not be stylish, but.....

My next pair will be plastic but very tiny completely round frames, in black. EDIT: I haven't found them yet, but when I do...

See Chanel Eyewear. They do "geek" pretty well.

These glasses are becoming popular because they are quite flattering on many people. Also, they make people look smarter, which can be sexy too.

That's what I thought when I saw that pic of him a few weeks ago! He's one hot...nerd. I don't think his type of glasses or long rectangular glasses are very geeky...they're more nerdy, which I think is more appealing on people than geeky glasses. You got to have well-structured face to pull off geeky glasses I think. I don't wish for bad eyesight, but I think I'd like to wear nerdy glasses since they seem to add more structure and character to my face.

I like it, but only for people who really need to wear glasses tho

It's like in the morning when you're too lazy to put in your contact lenses :) i love it

These are what they call Emo glasses right? Anyway, they're really cute. My eyesight is perfectly fine but sometimes, I'd take my sister's geek glasses and put it on for a while :p

got new glasses...
they are black frames...squar-ish...
i guess they qualify...
:p

still don't like being called a geek...
but if it implies that i am smart...
then i guess that's OK......

Definitely. I wanted Chanel glasses sooo badly after visiting their site. I'm the only one in my family that actually wants glasses, but I'm the only without glasses!

So geek chic. I want glasses...

^ About 4 years ago I bought a pair similar to the shape of the frames above. they are black with tan on the inside and were by Emperio Armanni. I still like them. :)
