I don't think that's Gemma in the last frame. I think it's meant to be sort of funny, like she turns out to be a different person or something lol. But whoever that last person was, does look a lot like that photoshoped pictures!

i pressume she was just starting out in the modelling industry, so her facial expressions on the catwalk are still yet to be mastered.
you know when you're not meant to smile, but you do, and you try so hard to stop it but you cant... hehe thats what her expressions remind me of.
